The Foundation

Protecting a legacy, serving a vision

The Sanjeev Sinha Foundation aims to promote and protect the artistic legacy of Sanjeev Sinha. This will be achieved through supporting and organising exhibitions in the spirit of his commitment to art. The Sanjeev Sinha Foundation will produce publications to support this goal.

Furthermore we will build up an archive of his artistic life and the international projects he conceived. The projects called Buddha Enlightened, Art & World Peace were held in Bodh Gaya, a small town in his native state Bihar, India. Bodh Gaya is one of the main Buddhist pilgrimage sites.

This archive, the exhibitions and publications will give insight in his endless search of relating art to society. Sinha believed strongly that art has an intrinsic role in society and could even serve as a catalyst for change.
